I used to know one that begged at the door like that. He would knock and if I didn't answer, he would come to my studio bldg in the back yard and knock there.
Perhaps he is going to ask if he might come inside to warm his paws while the feeder is being refilled!
That's exactly what he seems to be saying...what a cutie.
