Thanks Ardy. I remember my brother and husband did some latch hook rugwork when they were at school together, but I have never attempted any. A big company called Readicut produces all the canvases, wool, hooks, etc to do them. I understand what you mean re the expense of making them up too!

Nicky, I just got caught u[p on all your tapestries. I did not stop to comment on each one. They are all beautiful and would make equally good pictures or cushions. I understand about not having them finished. I have a lot of latch hook pieces that I've never finished off because that finishing business is so tedious and involves sewing by hand binding tape onto heavy canvas. It's a shame really. You have some wonderful items here. But the expense has a lot to do with it also. Thanks for sharing. I'll try to keep better tabs on what you are posting.
