Why are you reporting this puzzle?

Here's my Surprise puzzle, where I have a bit of fun playing with different effects and techniques!! For this puzzle, I made kaleidos from images of bolts of coordinated fabrics. And then I made “fabrics” from the kaleidos, and gave them a little bevel to lift them up.

I use freely available images to make my kaleidoscopes and a variety of programs to make my puzzles. It gives me immense pleasure making them, and I hope it gives you pleasure solving them. (•‿•)

beautiful puzzle!
thanks.

Perhaps all 158 of you are colour-blind, Dagmar!! LOLOL But seriously, I'm glad you, and they, - all braved it (or thought it looked okay), and took a peek inside. And I'm glad you enjoyed my patterns too. I really enjoy making those for a change.

And again, I'm so happy that you had some time for yourself - to be able to solve and comment to your heart's content. That puts a big smile on MY face. And I hope you can find some more if it soon. (•‿•)

I must say that I liked the thumbnail, to me and 158 other people it looked rather inviting. :))) After solving I liked it even more Kirsten you always find such exquisite patterns I really love putting them together.

Thanks for some nightly fun and have a wonderful Tuesday - as wonderful a s a workday will get LOL. :))

Chrissie!! What a delight to see you here. And even better to know that you enjoyed this one. Specially when the thumbnail is so bad. (I think there is some technical stuff that I'm going to have to research to avoid bad thumbnail-itis. I had a different montage style puzzle lined up to post in this slot - and it looked SO bad in the thumbnail that I decided to shelve it for now until I figure out how to make it survive Jigidi's compression.)

But I'm glad you were brave, and delved in to find this one's inner beauty! (•‿•)

Thanks Jan! I love the patterns that came from the kaleidos in this one too - but was really disappointed with how terrible it looks in the thumbnail too. Next time, I'll have to choose brighter kaleidos. But I like playing with different colour palettes too. Oh, the torments of a puzzle maker! LOL And I doubt very much that you could not pull this off! Methinks you are being WAY too humble. I bet that you would do this very beautifully - and would love to see the results.

And I'm extremely happy to hear that you adore this one. Big smiles here. (•‿•)

Agree wholeheartedly with JiggyBelle - it looks fantastic when solved. Delicate and intricate patterns make this one a joy to solve. Thanks, Kirsten.

What an absolute beauty, Kirsten. The thumbnail does NOT do it justice.
I tried a similar puzzle a couple of times and couldn't pull it off. You did this wonderfully. And, the beveling is perfect. I adore this. Thanks!!

Hi everyone! I'm posting and running today, as I'm out at dinner for a cousin's 60th birthday party. I might get home early enough to reply in a few hours, but if not - I'll catch you tomorrow. Miss you!! (•‿•)
