i am with Chickie, I love oyster stew, especially in the winter time. We eat the stew with a box of tissues as it makes me have a runny nose.

I love oyster stew, but not sure about raw oysters. I'll just watch thank you.

oysters rockefeller alway look appetizing to me, healer....but for them making me very, very, very sick, I am tempted to try them!

I prefer steamed on the half shell. Can't do raw.

Nobody I know of, Morris. Just saying....ya'd need a strong set of teeth to chaw on raw oysters.

In the movies it used to be a squeeze of lemon, a tilt of the head and a swallow. As a child I ate a clam in clam chowder ONCE and thereafter swallowed them whole while holding my breath. LOL
