Hi, Faye! I just jigged some photos that I took at Sandusky to share with you. I loved this series that you did so much that I had to go looking for photos from that trip.
Mignonette is an "American Beauty" with a peek-a-boo mane. She was created in 1912 and is named after my grandmother, Minnie Uter, who came to Canada (and subsequently, Burnaby) in 1914 aboard The Empress of Ireland. Mignonette was my second horse to strip, sand, shellac, and paint.
