Yesterday there were 6 blue herons at Lake Lou Yaeger in Litchfield. They were trying to walk on the ice and kept slipping, I wish I had a video of them!

They were standing on ice, looking into an open area of water, hoping to get a meal, no doubt. When I got out of my car and approached them, they scattered. This guy was in a different place and I zoomed in, so as not to scare him away.
