Oh that looks so much like fun to me but even now if I saw a heap like that piled up - I'll kick them all about!!!!
Thanks Fran...gnt1041 thank you...Celeste probably so... It is a thing for kids to do...Jan I think all Men are too..
I can not be positive but are boys from Mars?
Looks like some of the things me and my brother did as a child.:)
ribit123 that was always the problem ... they had to be re-raked... nice to see yougood morning warbler it was fun though... good to see you this morning..
Least he has his eyes closed. Even if he comes up spitting leaves, the adrenalin rush will be well worth it. I had to re-rake a few piles myself.
Problem was it was usually my Dad who raked the leaves. Then after the jump my and my brothers raked them up again.
Ardy we were active as kids ... and we were healthy back then and we did keep our guardian angels busy....hugsJim yes they were.. thanks...Lorna it really is fun good clean fun.... thanks
Oh yes, those were the days. If they were looking for me, they were looking for high. At the top of a tree, in a raingutter. Yes I was a tomboy. Love this sister.
Now that looks like fun!
Those were the days! LOL!
Raking the leaves into big piles and jumping in them was one of the fun fall activities. We also had three big maples trees in the front yard which were perfect for climbing. I'm sure we kept our guardian angels busy but we were outside playing and not sitting inside with electronic devices. I think we were healthier too. Thanks, Pat.
I was not much of a climber but my brother was and he fell out playing tarzen... Mom really got mad that day....
I was a tree climber had one over 30' high i would climb up and sit and watch the world go by. now i can't even look out of my attic windown without getting vertigo.. yes we had our guardian angel watching over us for sure.
Lucy I did that too.... I was a tomboy going up.... I think back at some of the things my brother and I did .... Scary.... Like taking pieces of tin roof and sliding down a gravel pit not knowing we could buried under the gravel and no one would have known where we were.. I guess that's when the good lord watches over you..
oooo i did that as a young girl too.
