Thanks, whatnauts! :-)))
Yes, the patterned one has lost a bit of clarity.
I smiled as soon as I saw the original test puzzle (W6SN4YBK) and that is always a good sign. It's definitely worthy of 3 puzzle sizes
Just a quick attempt--looks blurry to me...
It's definitely not as interesting or as unusual as this one, but I'm pretty sure adding something to the front would mess up the pattern I was trying for--in the one we're on, the back was a simple pattern, so the front, which mimicked it sideways, didn't distract/detract from it... Hmmm... maybe I should add a pattern or two to a couple of the circles, just to make it more interesting...
Nah--but it's probably fun, which is all I want it to be! I just finished the 400-piece butterfly a few minutes ago, and I really did enjoy that! Maybe I'll try this one next... :-)))
I'd bet it's another PD masterpiece, worthy of all 3 sizes :)
Thanks, whatnauts. Looking at it now, I realize I drew something similar last night, but without that extra set in front. The difference is that it layers/alternates the big ovals with 2 smaller circles as you go from left to right..... Well, maybe I'll post it just in a small, and see if people think I should add another set in front...
This was cool PD. 31:33
It must be you because I see both the 3D and the spaceship.
As to the 400 jig - I have no clue either, but the jigidi angels must have been in your corner.
That's funny--Lela and Jan were talking about the 3D, and a spaceship, and I thought it looked so flat that I was disappointed...! Maybe I'M just flat-eyed from feeling sick! :-D
Now why should this jig to 400 in the butterfly version? I have no clue......
This is way cool. BTW, did you know there's a flying saucer crossing this puzzle :)
Groannnnn...! LOL! Thanks, Denise!
great puzzle. tried to make the board - but it was ovally hard!
Thanks, siouxzn--this is the puzzle I used to make that Lots of Ovals Butterfly, which I will post in a large soon, because it goes to 400 pieces, which is really weird--99.9% of the time, a LunaPic (the butterfly) will not even jig to as many pieces as the original. For it to jig to so many MORE is amazing--and I don't want to lose the chance to post one that big, since I rarely get anything that high!
I'm glad you liked my non-swirl ovals! :-)
OOOOOOOOOh! Vals! Loved the rings and a swoooosh, pd.
