That was some trip you took! We went from Southern CA across to deep south TX to visit dear friends then up through OK, CO to SD to see Mt Rushmore and across to Yellowstone. Awesome trip. Saw deep snow in the Big Horn Mtns in mid May... that's not something we see here in Oz :-) I hope you'll post many more photographs of your beautiful country.

The sugar plum fairies visit me two days in a row... birthday today and Christmas Day tomorrow - aren't I blessed :-)

Took a trip down memory lane, this was taken in June 2010 in the NorthEast corner of Oklahoma in the campground we stayed in. Think I got confused as we also traveled from there to California, Oregon, Washington, Montana and Wyoming that summer/fall, miles and miles of fun.

Woops, think this an old growth oak, may have to look up the original.

This is one of the California Redwoods, taken a couple of years ago, beautiful place, so peaceful.
