Hi Lynette, if that is an addition I doubt there were strick rules like today to blend in with the original building. Today if you live in a listed building I believe you need permission to make changes of any kind. Thanks...Sue

I'm thinking two houses. The further house looks like it was built a lot later than the nearer one, the architecture looks a different period...Sue

I wonder why they build them so close together or is this one house. Even so I like it very much. Thanks sue:-)
