Never ever ever.......... :-)))

whatnauts

Alas, poor Starla is never satisfied....

pdevredis

Edie has commented, too......

We probably won't, unless someone fesses up! And the real Starla wrote to Sue on the wowser size of her newest puzzle, asking if she has any others--yet she's still averaging only 1 puzzle per day, and NOT a wowser-size one, either. I give up.................. :-D

whatnauts

I don't know either. Both Rosie and Kathy are possibilities - only because they commented on Starla's behaviour. Other than that, no ideas - I wonder if we will ever know......

pdevredis

LOLOLOL!!!!!!!

ZZZZ2

I have zero guesses, Pat! I'm totally clueless....but then.....that's nothing new. :-)))))

pdevredis

"Strala" seems to be a VERY nice person, despite her avatar (which I think is a riot)--anyone who loves my puzzles is A-OK! LOL!!!!!!!

So then who is it--and other guesses, zz and whatnauts? :-)))

whatnauts

The words Strala used were not mean, and personally, I'm not offended by the avatar. It would be different if it was a human, but the cartoon doesn't bother me. I didn't think of Lela first because of the wording. I'm sure he can speak in (normal) sentences, but he generally doesn't.

ZZZZ2

oopsie- I do have this alias: bad_girl- but it was used to have fun with Jennie on her birthday....and she knew it was me. :-)))))

ZZZZ2

Pat, I would NEVER do it, no matter what alias I had. And ALL my aliases are nice people. I've never signed up with a mean or crude one. But the closest I ever came was with this alias:
StopRemovingYourPuzzles

pdevredis

Well, whatnauts, Lela was my first thought, since he has about 100 profiles by now, and uses gnomes in his puzzles, but I must admit that zzzz was my second! LOL! My other thought is GloryB, but somehow I don't think I'm guessing correctly..... As for you, zz, YOU wouldn't be the one with that avatar; Strala is the one, so that's a red herring! :-))))))

ZZZZ2

Pat, slurping up your ramen noodle soup with a flavored straw is probably illegal. It's pretty much akin to taking an overdose of drugs.

I have no idea who Strala is.

whatnauts, I would never ever get an avatar like Strala's. Jeepers.

whatnauts

If I might join in on this conversation, my first thought was that it was ms zzzz....

pdevredis

Then maybe I could use the straw to slurp up the ramen noodle soup? Blech!!!!!!!!!!!

Then whom do you nominate for Strala, then? Whoever it is, I think s/he is hilarious! :-DDD

ZZZZ2

Well, I really liked the strawberry and don't remember what the chocolate tasted like so I'm assuming that I didn't drink with the chocolate straw very often. I'm gagging at the moment- in Diet Pepsi????????? Oh geeeeeeeeeeeeeeez.

Mr. Bugosi almost always keeps track of what's happening on your puzzles as far as comments are concerned. So him showing up later is to be expected. I could see him typing up that post, but not with the avatar that was used.

pdevredis

I think that I might have tried the chocolate one--not fond of strawberry--but I was never much of a milk drinker, zz, so it didn't make much of an impression. Wonder what it would taste like in a Diet Pepsi?.......!!!

So who is it, then, if it's not you, Lela? Curiouser and curiouser! I'll have to put on my thinking cap--when this happens, the person it really is often posts a "reply" a few minutes later, but this time the next comment came an hour later....from Lela...... :-)))))

lelabugosi

I can be, and have been, crude......but not this time, hee-hee!.....

ZZZZ2

I've never seen Mr. Bugosi being crude...which is why I don't think it was him.

You're right, Pat! I don't ever remember seeing a stove like that either. What's kind of amazing is that I remember the exact taste of the strawberry flavored straw. It was very mild and pleasant.

pdevredis

I just checked the link, and I don't think that I've ever seen a stove with the burners all on one side, and a blank enamel space of equal dimensions on the other! Weird!!!

pdevredis

Oh, jeeez, that is too funny--and I actually believed it, until I finally looked at the photo! LOLOLOL!!!!!!!!
And if it's not Lela, I wonder who it could be? I have several candidates in mind, but that gnome keeps bringing me back to Bonga Bonga despite Lela's protestations! :-DDDDD

Thanks so much, "Strala", Lela, Edie, and zz! And I remember those flavored straws too, but I didn't think of them until you mentioned them! Cool indeed! :-)))))

ZZZZ2

Cool straws-

ZZZZ2

I believe Mr. Bugosi. It's not his kind of humor.

On another note, thanks so much, Pat. We used to use the Flexi straws as well. Plus, do you remember that for awhile straws were made with flavoring inside to drink with milk? I'm going to see if I can find it.

lelabugosi

Nope, this time it's not.........

2dogs7cats

LOL, this is a side of you that we haven't seen Lela. Thought that white beard would fool us. Me thinks you protest too much.

lelabugosi

And that IS NOT me!!.............

Strala

Thank you very much for all the wonderful puzzles that you make and for always giving them to me in the size I ask for. I have them all saved and will start solving them very soon. I think you are the best puzzle maker here.

pdevredis

Actually, she did ask just a week or so ago, and has asked a number of times for a larger puzzle when it was already posted, or when the link was right there for her to see if she took the time. And she's asked Sue for several quite recently as well. And there's no scrolling down needed for the links--they're right at the top, under the puzzle! And I have NEVER seen her name on the board--I mean when there are fewer than ten names on the board, because it's a private linked puzzle, and not many people do it--so that means that anybody signed in who solves it makes the board, as long as there are, as I said, not more than ten solves. (I doubt that she's signing in just for comments, and solving without being signed in.) She also never thanks me if I do post a puzzle for her. The one time ever she came back to a puzzle I posted for her was not to thank me, but to complain that it was missing pieces... :-(((

Sorry for the diatribe, Rosie, but this has been going on for well over a year, and not just with me. It's frustrating to post one for her, or give her a link, and, a week later, find maybe 6 or 8 names on the board, but not hers, meaning she hasn't done it. And no thanks there, of course, either.....

Thanks, Jan and Kathy! When I use the Flag animation, Jan it makes those borders, and I think they're cool, too! And you almost gave me a heart attack, Kathy, saying she did the big one! LOL!!!

roerick3

Oh, come on now---she hasn't asked in a long time and she may have memory and reading difficulties. It's so hard to scroll down and see those funny, confusing instructions to the LARGER versions . Pat, this is fabulous and fun. I really like all of the different colored thick wavy lines---they make it fun and a little easier to solve for me.

katwoody99

I just checked and she solved the 475-piece!!!
Just kidding :-DDD

JiggyBelle

That was a heck of a lot of fun to solve, Pat. I love how it looks with the borders, too. Thanks so much!!

pdevredis

Thanks so much, Katie, Maddie, Hester, Ardy, Lela, and Edie! I don't know what the correct name is for those straws that have the little ridges on them that let you bend them to drink more easily--I think the brand name is something like Flexi-straws--but my kids always called them bendy straws, so when I used the Straw Vote puzzle to make this, that's what I decided to call it! LOL! I agree--it is confusing, since the colors repeat several times! As for the 475-piece puzzle, I'm sure she will solve it shortly, since it fits her request perfectly, and she always solves what she asks for...... As for a 38 tall, I'm afraid I only have 38's in regular or short....... :-)))))

2dogs7cats

Do you happen to have this in a 38 tall, if so could you post it for me, thanks Pat.

lelabugosi

I'm soooooo surprised that nobody has solved the 475 piece puzzle..........

ringleader

This was hard!!! That is not a criticism or complaint, it's just a statement of fact. Very interesting puzzle. Thanks, Pat.

feistyfreddy

I got a bit befused and confuddled with this one Pat but it is a great puzzle! Thank you! :-))

maddiekids

This puzzle is just perfect.. Thank you so much, I really enjoyed it. ;-))))) !

buckeye425

Terrific waves here Pat! The mirror imaging added a nice challenge. Thanks! :>)

pdevredis

Thanks so much, elizellen!--I'm happy you enjoyed it! :-)))))

Starla, I'll remind you once more to check the box under the puzzle, where I have already posted the links for larger sizes. If you just look next time, you won't have to ask. :-)

Can I have this in 450 or 500 pieces please. Thank you.

Love the wavy look and the beautiful colors. Thanks so much.
