I lived on one of the main roads running through Maputo, Avanida Eduardo Mondlane. The presidential palace was not too far from my apartment. Thank you pumpkin, morris and pkin!

Quite the bright motorcade.

The president of Mozambique went by often, with lights, sirens and fanfare. There are multiple vehicles ahead and behind, as well. There are also guys on motorcycles blocking off each cross road. I just zoomed in on the presidential car. Wish i had gotten the whole thing to post.
