I'll do my little rain dance for you, Chrissie. BTW, I'm still up, never went down earlier. My body seems to be going through one of its bipolar phases. Normal mind, bipolar body. Well, on the other hand, I'm not so sure lately of the normal mind part.
June, that little girl may be in trouble if we don't stop the mohel from using the chopping block...
Yes, it is good to recall the temperature day/night variations. Personally I'd take FL over OR for that reason. SoCal is still my first pick despite this spell of hot weather. We may even (wonder of wonders) have some rainfall soon! I shall stand out in it... unless it has an accompaniment of thunder and lightning :-)
I wasn't able to nap, so I'm awake looking for cretinisms on Jigidi. I'm sure to find some. My Oregon friends complained today that it was 90 degrees. I had to remind them that, here in Florida as I was sitting on my lanai, it was 102 degrees, with the eight large windows wide open. I had to remind them that the temp drops by maybe ten degrees overnight, while in Oregon, it goes down in to the 50s. Everything's relative...
Love the "cretinism"... clever! Enjoy the nap. Hope it's cooler there than here. We're maintaining a steady 90° with all the fans blowing. Would hate to be working outdoors today :-(

A Rabbi and a Priest buy a car together and it's being stored at the Priest's house. One day the Rabbi goes over to use the car and he sees him sprinkling water on it. The Rabbi asked, ''What are you doing?'' The Priest responded, ''I'm blessing the car.'' So the Rabbi said ''Okay, since we're doing that....'' and takes out a hacksaw and cuts two inches off the tail pipe.
Delicious, so reminiscent of the puzzle books we got at Xmas are the turquoise the lids or a mixture of other colours etc I suppose they kept us engaged for a while ! I love the brightness , the patterned sides and bringing back of Xmas as a child so thank you Audrey T
Watch your step? You are joking, aren't you? We'd need at least fifteen sets of eyes to do that! Plus some in our ears and in the backs of our heads :-)
Just kidding! Good colourful and patterned puzzle, Gail - thanks.
