Fantastic picture !!! Thank you Starlord. This is another postcard!! I saw Brussels once but not with all the flowers and not from this angle ... and still I was stunned by how beautiful it was!!

I've seen something like that in the Netherlands once, a long long time ago. Think it was called the 'Floriade'.

Beautiful it amazing what can be done....

They can make anything with those flowers. Making a 'plan' takes weeks of preparation.

One that I also loved looked like a huge Persian carpet. Yes in a couple of days its withered:-(

@ Rebecca: it's a yearly event (I think). Dozens of volunteers lay out a carpet with a numerous amount of flowers.
@ Bentleyd: So many hours of work and only a couple of days of beauty. It's a shame, actually...
