Well, that was really nice of Sachi and Den1!! They started a trend. They set a precedent. It's interesting how things and people evolve over time.

sue1

Yes, Sachi and Den1 were two of the first to put their puzzles in more than one size.

InConcert35

Wonderful!! I'm so happy you found them, Cindy, and at sizes you like. :))

I usually do the larger puzzles and you're right, I don't pick out the edge pieces first. I look for matching patterns and colours and then piece those sections together. If I come across edge pieces then I put them to the sides or where they more or less belong and solve those later. And I have a small screen too. I need a bigger one, lol.

Hi Robyn ~~~ I found many puzzles by Sachi (under several names) and have already done a few. I know I will continue to enjoy more! I'm so glad I asked you about them! I'm so glad that many have fewer pieces because neither my eyes or my patience allow me to do more than 120 pieces. I don't know how others do them. Maybe everyone doesn't need to pick out the edge pieces first like I do. Thanks again!!!

InConcert35

You're most welcome cindy. :))

Dear Robyn ~~~ Thank you so much for your response! It sounds like Sachi is a very special lady besides being very creative! I will endeavor to find some of her puzzles. I'll let you know what I find. Thanks, again!

Hi Cindy. Sachi is a jigidi all-star. She's a wonderful person and artist who lives in Japan. I think she also said she did photography too. She made the most wonderful puzzles, my favourites. She hasn't been around since the Spring. Her mother became ill and she was going over to help her out daily. Then her husband retired this Spring also. I'm not sure if you have access to searching a "User". If so, do a search on her Screen Names, Sachico, tephanes and Sachi. You should then get access to all her puzzles that are still on file.

If not, you can try clicking on these links to view all her puzzles. Let me know how it goes? If you like this puzzle, you will love a lot of Sachi's puzzles for sure and there are quite a few still here.

Good luck and enjoy! :))

Hi InConcert --- I am really enjoying the puzzles you create in this style, but I have a question. Who is Sachi? These patterns are so different from all the other puzzles and I like the combinations if textures and patterns. Thanks for sharing your talents!

InConcert35
