July 15 - U.S. National Tapioca Pudding Day

I like tapioca and have it on hand to thicken stew.
But I'm going to go make some for ME!

Ha--in our house, tapioca was the treat! Haven't had it in YEARS! :D

My Dad loved tapioca pudding so we had in often growing up. Being kids, we much preferred ice cream.
