Dagmar, I think we might need a sky rocket instead of fairy dust! She's a heavy lady!! I wouldn't trust the bear with anyone's treasured Christmas gift...punctuality isn't his thing!
Jan, thankyou so much (big grins!) I love her! Such an unexpected present, and with a Fred whose dad was called Barney, well, what else could we call her?? Just waiting for Betty.... maybe a goldfish! :-))
Your Wilma looks lovely and perhaps a bit of fairy dust might help Growly to get Wilma flying. :))
Thanks Hester, I love your attempt to transform Growly into a helping elf but only time and the prompt delivery of Christmas presents will show if you succeeded. :))
Hi Ardy! Wilma is made of chicken wire so not the most comfortable of mounts!! She was a present for my last birthday. Quite a suprise! This is a shack/garden feature made by my BB last year. It is roofed in cedar shingles and has roses scrambling over it. At the moment it could actually resemble a manger. :-))
Growly, I agree. You need to make a better choice for a steed. But choose carefully. You don't want one that will grab you. What is Wilma made of? Are we seeing the inside of the that lovely dog house?
In an effort to earn a little pocket money Growly is hiring himself out as one of Santa's elves. Sadly no amount of shouting "Gee up Horsey" will turn Wilma into a reindeer. Looks like he's going to have to chat up Freddy for a ride!
