Hi cevas, I think your problem is that for your first start you use too big photos. With small pictures you can see more easy what you are doing. Try to pic some small photos of the net (just take a few avatars, go to someones homepage, click with the right mouse on the avatar, and save it) Then try it again with the small images. I hope you have good luck.
