Ooooh, sorry to hear that! The flu NOT be good! I hope you're completely recovered now! This is the first year that I can remember that I haven't gotten a shot, but my husband did, only to find out afterwards that he didn't get the enhanced version for people over 65. I suppose I should/could still get it...
Crazy eh? Retirement be good! This only happens during wintertime. LOL (Haven't been on for 5 days due to Flu symptoms. We got our flu shot in September, as we usually do and the news the other night had a blurb explaining a "strain" of the virus was NOT included in this years batch ofour vaccine. NOT funny! I had forgotten how yucky a person could feel! Damn!
You got ON the site at midnight?!!! LOL! Then again, there are so many others who do that, that I feel strange when I go to bed at 11:00! (And that's PM--on Jigidi, bedtime at 11:00 AM wouldn't be so odd.....). :-)))
Yeppers, "That which does not kill me makes me stronger" quote is the ONE!! I just got on the site at this hour (midnight in Boise) Time to go to work! Football games ate my brain all day....
Oh, it's a dandy alright. LOL There's that saying that keeps popping up in my head after looking at all the pieces three (or more) times. Don't EVER give up! I've considered it more than once. Got to run, got puzzle pieces to stare at.
Oh, my goodness, you decided to try THAT puzzle?!!! I will NEVER win you over that way! You will be so relieved when you finish that you will never want to start another one of mine again--damn! :-(((
Good luck--I finished it today myself, and it was a certified monster... LOL!
pd- first sit down! (Well, you probably are already,... doh!) I started your Tugman22monster last night. I'm 3 hours in and I believe I may make it to the end of this,...er,...challenge. (25% finished at this writing) Stay tuned..........lol
Your puzzles are MUCH better than snails and, ugh,...tripe. Sooo, with that in mind I should be able to ease into this abstract form rather easily. Your creations are seen and solved by hoards of fans. I'm climbin' aboard this here train,... ya heah?
Oh, dear, it sounds like my puzzle styles rank right up there with snails and tripe--something that, with enough patience and forbearance, can eventually become almost acceptable! LOL!!! Thanks, treker! And it's nice to see you here!
I'm not good at these abstract puzzles but pushed myself to try this "small" version. I think with more solves I could learn to actually like these. lol (Very colorful BTW! That's what "hooked" me.)
He might at that, Lela--maybe we could get Junee to do it, since she seems to be able to bend him to her will.....or something...... And I'm sorry about the letters, but at least this way you aren't sending them into oblivion, the way you were with my earlier puzzles..... Doesn't Bonga Bonga have a good postal service, by the way?
Thanks, Ardy--you could be right! I didn't notice that until you mentioned it!
Well....I am finding it harder and harder to post my letters.....whatever at first sight appears to be a perfectly normal letter-box/post-box/mail-box, turns out to be nothing of the sort!.......What a strange world this is!.... As for Kaleidoboy, I shall mention this to him.....he might just enjoy being wrapped up in this paper!....
Thanks, Katie and Francine--but Lela might not approve, since he's bound to be miffed that I added the disclaimer about a post-box, as he loves to use my puzzles to mail his letters! Then again, he doesn't speak for K-boy, who has a mind of his own. I think......
Hi Pat, this is bright and cheery. I agree - with the dominant blue and red around the outside this would be the perfect wrapping paper for Kaleido Boy!
Yes, the red and blue together do look like that--maybe we could adapt this, as a Christmas present, into a new emblem for Kaleido-boy...! LOL! Thanks, Jan!
When I first glanced at the thumbnail, Pat, it made me think of the superman symbol. Must be the primary colors popping out at me. But, in any case, it IS a super puzzle. Thanks so much!! 1:53
