Thank you Li. I saw a cute commercial on TV ( I forget what it was for?!) which showed a squirrel going into its house in a tree and there were little yellow post-it notes all over the walls to remind him where he planted the nuts. : ))))
Fun! I like the part about the squirrels spreading these all over. Thanks, Cathy!
You are very welcome Sissel ! Thank you for taking the time to write a note!!!
Like the look - we have one or two trees in my little village but the nuts is the owners so I have to buy in the supermarked too - thanks Cevas :-)
Laurajane your note made me laugh!! Probably because I buy them in a bag at Wal-Mart too!!!Thanks for your note Rob! The squirrels bury them and then forget where they stashed them. So these trees spring up all over the place!!
Great photo Cathy - it's the first time I've seen a walnut tree!!
So this is what walnuts look like before they come in a bag at Wal-Mart!
Thank you Aggie and Morris ! It was one of those rare sunny days in Vancouver!! : )
Nice one Cathy!
Nice closeup Cathy, the lighting is perfect!

Very nice shot. This type of nuts I not know, walnuts not have so many fruits on one stem. Walnuts are very widespread in our country. It is maybe Siebold ...?
Great photo cathy:-))Thank you very much:-)HUGs
Nice photo, Cathy! Thanks!
Thank you Suzy !! : ))) And yes, it sure is!
The walnuts make a great puzzle, Cathy. Nice to see leaves with sunshine on them instead of raindrops!
Thank you Ank!! These are wild walnuts. Apparently they are rather bitter. The squirrels love them! Humm? It was probably a squirrel that planted it !!!Thank you Lorna. Right now the raindrops are playing on the leaves!! : l
Great photo Cathy. I like the sunlight playing on the leaves, and all those gorgeous shades of green.
You still have to wait a little. A lovely photo Cathy.
