Tree and Moon

Great picture! I think we all love that tree now.
And mpilnadyful, I love your story about the tree and the kite !!

That's a great idea, Toto, but that would involve trespassing. The tree is just 20 feet from the SE corner of our property. And the neighbors all think I'm a little wierd anyway.

I'm waiting for the holiday photo of the tree decked out in a big red bow.

Wow, this is a fantastic picture. A long time ago when some things were tough, there was an old, burned tree, still standing, that I saw from my kitchen window. There was a bright kite caught in its branches and both seemed happy with the arrangement. It made me appreciate the endurance of the tree and the playfulness of the kite. I painted it - and have never sold it. Thanks for this enduring tree with the moon blessing it.
