That is a great idea, must have been 1 big fire!
I went to a bonfire once that the hosts provided pitchforks to cook the weenies and marshmallows on.. LOLThank you oddio.
If we doze it all into one pile, it would make one hot bon fire that will last till Spring!Nice photo, CM.
I'll have smore, please!
Good idea morris! A HUGE bonfire! I'll bring the smores stuff!
That would be a fitting farewell for it, Morris.
The least we can du is give it a proper burial, a little party and a final bon fire. So sad tu see it like that.
Once it's cleared, those buildings will look even worse morris. You are right Graci, but I think we can find a place that doesn't need so much work. LOL
I'm with Gracie, lets du it!
Chickie, maybe we should rebuild them for one of our parties, nice and isolated.
At your service, that would be a fun one tu clear.
warbler, I forgot the chainsaw that day, but I see my backup has arrived.
Did some one say chain saw??
If you would have cleared a little of that brush out....you do carry a chain saw, right? Very interesting photo, Chickie. Thank you.
Thank you for the comments gnt, Gladstone, morris, roseheather,Hanne, Tatinha and Patti.I think that Florida heat got to you young man. I'm willing to bet you have a few years on me.
Old chicksters first barn raising job. This must bring back some old memories Young lady????
Another fine set, Chickie! Thank you!
Sad photo! It's look like while the barns are dying all around is dying too.
It surprises me so much that they stand till the fall by themselves!! Thanks so very much Sandy!!
This had to have been quite a farming operation at one time. Old barns. In my estimation a pole barn doesn't have the beauty of these old structures. Unfortunately, though, this style has been replaced by different storage methods, different farming practices.
Very sad, end of an era!
Good morning chickie. Thank you for sharing this picture of an old farm yard. Kinda sad to see this happen.
Great photo ckickie and U are right almost gone......enjoy looking at these old barns and farms...Have a great day lauraj, and don't work hard LOL...........great set young lady
Thank you laura. Hope you have a good day at work.
Oh....I love the old barns!
I am just settling in at work. I arrive a little early to play a puzzle or two. Now, I had better get to the tasks ahead. Have a great day, Sandy!
