The puzzle was worked on an expandable table I have in my dining area, the few times I needed to use the table, I covered the puzzles with a flannel back tablecloth. For the picture, we moved it to the kitchen table--I don't remember how.
As for doing anything with it, I left it up for a month to prove to people I had finished it, and then put it back in the box. While it was suggested I frame it, it isn't exactly a picture that fits in with any decor. The photo isn't good enough to really see the detail, but it is a cartoon depiction of Napoleon and the huns--very graphic & gruesome in a cartoonish way.
Beautiful! My mother was a quilter - all by hand! They are a precious keepsake as yours must be! Priceless!!!
Wowsers! What did you do with it after completing?
