Hi all, good to see you and thanks very much. I left explanation on my first puzzle tonight. Yes dad did get many visitors from around the world and this display cabinet is exactly how it was set up in our house. Many of the smaller ones were in drawers and boxes, no way to display all of them! ( He reckoned he had about 12000 shells from 5000 species!)

Does "dad" get visitors who come to look at his incredible collection? I would think it would be a real draw for those who are studying sea life.

Wonderful to see them displayed so beautifully.

Some places keep them in drawers but this is a room I could stay in for hours and hours.
