Heb `m sindsdien ook niet meer gezien bij de plantenboer, Impie. De bloemen zijn zachtgeel met in het hart een neiging naar zalmroze. Zo mooi als hij er hier bij staat is hij helaas niet meer geweest, maar af en toe krijgt hij wel een paar bloemen.

`t Is inderdaad een hele mooie A3ana. Deze foto is alweer een paar jaar oud. Sindsdien krijgt hij af en toe een paar bloemen, maar zo mooi als hier op de foto is hij niet meer geweest.

Nou Schutkleur, deze vind ik wel heel bijzonder. In deze kleur kende ik de lidcactus nog niet!

Wit = white, rood = red and geel = yellow (witte, rode and gele are the adjectives)
You were also not wrong in thinking that 'geel' resembles gold or gild.
The word geel is also used in heraldry for a golden color.

Lovely. I think that the one labeled "witte" is white, and the one labeled "rode" is red, but I am unsure of "gele." It looks like gold or gild in English. Obviously it is a yellow color. ; )
