Cool pic Angel! Reminds me of when we almost purchased a giant wine barrel with the wine vineyards name engraved across the top of the lid, as a decoration for our kitchen which is also decorated in the style of Italy! You know, lot's of wine bottles, wine racks, grape vines, cork holders and other great italian decor! They wanted $3.000.00 for it though, and my husband wasn't going for that! L.O.L. Oh well, it would have looked wonderful in my kitchen!
Just watched a "how do they do that" on how Jack Daniels make their barrels. Very involved.
Hi Angel, his name is Ajk, thank you, I am glad you loke him :-))
Awwww! She is so cute and cuddly. She even has a smile without opening her mouth! It makes you want to pick her up and hold her. What's her name? Thanks for finding it for me. Hugs to you. ((((((Jana))))))
Angel,I found my friend's dog, a cross between the Dachshund too, maybe I'll make you happy.http://www.jigidi.com/solve.php?id=A79NHPT5 #jigsawpuzzle #puzzle
Hi Angel, that's what you drank all the whiskey itself? :-))
Thank you, pilley. I'm starting to go through the photos I have taken over the years. Albums, before computer files and digital cameras. I still love my 35mm Olympus. LOL, about emptying barrels. ;-D It's nice to know others are reusing them, too. I have are four and think I am going use them to make a sound barrier/windbreak behind a new garden. You can see how close the busy and noisy road is in front of my gardens. I plan to put them about 10 feet apart and fasten long boards horizontally, like a fence, between them. Inside I will weight them down with some concrete blocks and cement.
Nice set tonight, I have 3 of these in my basement but they held nails, your would have been more fun.
