A feed of Blue Swimmer Crab

Celeste, they are blue when they come out of the water - they then go red once they're cooked.

I have never seen blue ones..

Some were eaten on the day whilst hot, some of the remainder for tea next day and the ones left over were pickled for later. YUMMO!
