It is very simply.
Romaine Hearts, spread with paint brush your best Caesar Dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons.
pdevredis I call it finger Caesar salad too. I have been making it for many years. A Chef from one of the Casino's introduced me to it at party. Enjoy
