The correct anwer is ***** RAYMOND BURR (1917-1993) *****

THE CHAIN LINK to the previous game . . . PERRY MASON
I know some of you are too young to remember the 60s and Raymond Burr starring as Perry Mason in the eponymous TV series and I bet that no-one knew that Tiny Tim had a credited appearance as 'Art House Performer' in the feature length pilot . . . I didn't until now . . . that's now as I'm writing this and not now as you're reading it . . . lol

. . . and the winner is BOOKISH who ACED it . . . isn't it always the same you wait all day for a win and then two come along at once . . . lol
3 cheers for FRANCINE . . .
Hip Hip Hoor-ACED

Faye, fluke. It'll never happen again. What are the odds for that?!!

Michelle, here's one for you. Hee-hee. For years I played Duplicate Bridge against Robert Goulet's cousin, his first cousin. (I know, big deal. ☺ It wasn't a big deal for her either.)

Yah, but...Raymond is buried right close by in the old cemetery in our Royal City near my OH's grandparents...guess that makes us closer! LOLOL

Congratulations, Francine! What again? :)))

puzzaddled2

LOL...if you can count my grandfather's uncle's family line close enough to be celebrity! Does it chuff you to bits? Brilliant! *giggle*

bookish

Thanks Su and Michelle. Off to your happy dance. :)
...Michelle, cool :))

Trouble_and_Frog

Ooo . . . we have a celebrity amongst us . . . lol

puzzaddled2

Hurray, Francine!!! You got my cousin right! (Ok, he was a distant cousin but he's got the family looks...)

lol Pat . . . pretty good knowledge of the language used over here . . . pity about the fish and chips though (often referred to as a fish supper) we don't do 'carry out sacks' . . . chips tend to come in bags, packets or pokes depending on where you are in the country. Other fast food establishments (ie Indian, Chinese etc) tend to be referred to as 'takeaways'. You can now add those to your already extensive knowledge . . . ;-))) What is it they say? Two nations separateed by a common language . . . lol

I see you have taken a leaf out my book Joan . . . I love that obscure Clooney link . . . such a pity it wasn't the right answer . . . lol
