Milinski: I was there in 2014. It is amazing how the only thing visible today are the blackening of the walls from fire bombs. A beautiful city. We also took a boat tour up the river...that was beautiful. I believe I have a puzzle picture of the cutest house. Sitting on the hillside amid the green trees is this BLACK house with red and white trim.
This church was originally Catholic, but during the reform was torn down & rebuilt Lutheran. In WWII it was first bombed by the Germans, then by the Allied Forces. Dresden was part of East German (USSR), so the church stood as a memorial, until the reunification of Germany in the 1990's. fyi
