Glad to hear the physio is helping your back Patsyanne, don't give up, you know that saying "baby steps" by strengthening the muscles around your spine it might just give you some pain free days. I sure hope so. I remember the pain my mom used be in but back then there was no help, she was a strong and determined person and as a single parent she had no choice but to get up and go to work.
Yes Snooker a little sun would have helped:) There is still snow in the mountain but the experts are saying that is not enough, March is usually a snow month here. As long it stays on the mountains and off the streets is okay with me!:)

Nice shot, Maria. The exercises from physio are helping but my back is never going to get really good. Its osteoarthritis and one vertebrae has slipped 7mm which puts everything else out of line and affects the nerves and muscles. The exercises help strengthen the muscles around that vertibrae. Am going to Google the Epstein Method though and thank you for thinking about it.

A friend of mine swears by the Epstein Method for her back. Have you heard of it?
