Basket Weave

Actually, this isn't a basket but the trunk of a palm tree - it just looks so much like a basket. People who weave there own baskets are amazing artisons aren't they? There are some basket weavers in the New England States here in the US who do incredibe work.

Interesting to watch them to weave one, some farm women still do the weaving for their one use but don't sell the baskets not even to friends...
