He has his moments!
George is a lovely dog - everything I've heard about Greyhounds is good and seems to be true. What a delightful companion he must be!
Thanks Laurajane. I think so too! Pity his intelligence doesn't match his looks though!
What a handsome fella.
Thanks for your message Jack. Like so many other folk, I am just glad you are getting better.
Thank you for your concern Silver
Glad you liked it Robbie. Thanks.
A lot of beauty to gaze at GS, fun puzzle, thanks.
Great picture. Thanks, goingsillver. Your avatar is neat too.
Thank you pkin.
Beautiful dog thanks GS
Thanks Ank. This is my other dog George, Tana is my avatar - pure coincidence that they have similar markings! I can let Tana off the lead, because she will come back and because she doesn't have the strong chase instinct that George has.
Tana is a beauty. And yes they go fast. When I see my neighbourdog running I always think fffffffffffffffttttttttttttt..I don't think you're crazy for renting such a field. I should do too if I could not let him free. But where I live I should let him run free. Not dangerous. And they come back, they know where they live and where they belong. But first times you let them go it's scary.
I have the same problem with this one chickiemama. I now rent a field with a dog-proof enclosure within it, just so he can have a run off the lead. Am I crazy or what?!
Many yrs. ago I had an Afghan hound. I could never let her off the leash even though I lived in the country, because she would see something in the distance and be gone!
Thank you chickiemama. Yes, I do! I just wish I knew what exactly he was focusing his gaze on!
Il est magnifique, et, quel beau collier...
Don't ya just love sight hounds?
