Autumn crocuses

The greens are crocus-like for sure. I thought perhaps it was a spring picture & you were jigging it in the fall! I shall have to look for these bulbs!

Here we have only yellow of this kind in the fall season. I suppose, purple are very pretty, too.

I had posted one of mine that I called fall crocus, I think that's what it said on the package when I bought them. The puzzle has been deleted now, but it was purple, and always bloomed in fall. These are crocuses, too, I believe. They're very pretty. Thanks, Svediga.

Well, that's strange but these flowers really look like crocuses, only their petals are bigger and the stems are stronger. Maybe these flowers are some sort of cultivated plants. They grow here in September and October. Because of the resemblance I call them crocuses :):):)

My 1st thought was you were kidding, now I am not so sure! How is 'autumn crocus' even possible?
