I didn't even know that they were called fiddle heads. Aptly named, I must say!

Fiddle heads...my first thought when i saw them! They do evoke memories of John Denver :)

Those fiddle heads prompted me to turn on John Denver's 'Thank God I'm a Country Boy' just to hear the fiddle! LOL
