You are so clever, Sandy. I wouldn't even think about collecting seeds like that. It sure looks worth it! Thanks.

Lovely Chickie, such a soft shade of lavender!
Can hear the buzzing LOL :-))))
Thank you suzy, janshoemake , jc, morris, Dave and laura. They are a little bit lighter than this in the full sun Dave. This wheat was VERY tall and they really should have baled the straw, because there are big piles of it all over the field. Nothing has been planted (so far).Looking forward to your puzzle Laura.
I just took a photo of this along the side of the road yesteday evening! I will post it today! What a great idea, taking it from there to plant in your garden.
Do you think they will make straw bales out of the stubble, or are beans in?
What Suzy said!! Either its the shade or thats a great different color from usual! See, you know roadside "weeds" too! Thanks Sandy!!
Very nice photo, chickie! I also like the red lillies, it makes a nice color combination.
Beautiful photo, chickie!
So pretty. Love the color. Mine were pink.
You have PURPLE!! It's beautiful, Chickie!! I like the way the light is playing on the wheat field behind them too. :)
