@ Bentley: the 50's were in the states. In Europe, it was early 60's that they came on TV.

Indeed, Bentley... it's somewhat blurred, but that's a sign of the times :-) This series ran from 1955 till 1959 in the States and early sixties in Europe. I c an still remember it. When I was young, the dinosaurs roamed the streets :-)
