Oh no! We don't have temperatures that will freeze it. We go up and down between 40s for a couple day and 20s/ 30s the next couple of days it. I live in Virginia kinda still in the south (even though its considered the mid-Atlantic that includes states like CT and NY but the weather differs alot). I don't ever remember the river freezing so much that you could ice skate, though I've seen huge ice chunks but never a solid sheet of ice and I've been here for 11 years maybe further north.
