Why are you reporting this puzzle?

I wonder if the owner originated from the coast, east or west ... because of the lighthouse on the porch ?

You are so right, Kat. They don't build them like this anymore. We have seen this especially in Alberta where they pull up subdivisions inside of a few month's flat. If it wouldn't be for a slight difference in siding one wouldn't see a difference in the houses. Oh. boy, don't get tipsy, you might not find your own home !! ;o)))

Oh, what an absolutely gorgeous house. I love all of the "gingerbread" (wood fretwork) and both the upstairs and downstairs porches. How beautiful. Isn't it amazing that all of the old homes seemed to be so individualistic (as opposed to the prefab throw-them-up modern home construction so common now) and no two were absolutely identical. This place is just stunning. Thank you for the terrific photo and puzzle, Connie -- absolutely enjoyable, as usual! :)
