I've been off the net for few days too, I'm now trying to catch up on some puzzles. Love the postings as usual, love reading the comments! Thanks for the great finds robryan!
A frozen tongue??? LOL!!
Well excuse me PG. What do you expect from a little girl who stands out in the cold all day catching snowflakes on her tongue????????
LOL!!! Thanks pg!!No lyndee - we don't have Hummers here in OZ. These are about 2-3 times as big as Hummers, & come in about 60 different varieties & colours.
What a gorgeous plant he is on! A *really* interesting flower - I've not seen anything like it! :)
Rob as soon as lyndee stops drinking she will recover very quickly.
So he competes with the hummingbirds?
No lyndee - he's a nectar sipper - from certain shrubs & trees. Lots of people plant bird-friendly plants to attract them into gardens. Thanks chickie! Thanks chookie - glad you're up & running again!!
You posted a lovely set, rob - thanks!
What a pretty photo!
So, he steals from the honeybee? Oh well, humans do that too! Interesting bird.
