Sounds so great, islandflyer. I can't tell what anything is in the photo so it would be quite an adventure! Especially if most are prepared hot and/or spicy! I would love it---I just don't like bland, unseasoned food. No taste at all, to me. Thanks for the info.................
Hi annjax - there were almost as many little "cafes" or cooking stalls as there were vendors of fresh food. With enough time and appetite a person could sample all sorts of foods. I avoided non-bottled drinks, and had no problem with the food. Wonderful varieties of tasty dishes. Each time I go I "discover" another fruit or vegetable that I'd never heard about before.
I would love to have the farmers teach me what all their offerings are & how to prepare them. It would be even nicer to have some prepared for me. :-) Do you have to go to a restaurant to have this done, or will some of the locals do it for you? I would love a taste of EVERYthing! ................
Yes, teaching classes and/or flying. Thanks, cm.
It's a wonderful shot of the market. It appears you do a lot of traveling. Thanks if.
Thanks Tweegan2 and PLG1958. There were so many stalls, with fruit, flowers, fish, sea cucumbers, and other goods. It was hard to capture all of it.
Islandflyer - the colors and textures - wonderful photo!
Oh, my goodness. I love this photo. Thank you Islandflyer.
