I got back to solving this cute and colorful puzzle. It was fun! :)
Yes, Lulu - the good old days when things were simpler and slower. Everything new isn't necessarily good . . . but I do confess I love my computer!
There was a crooked man and he walked a crooked mile, He found a crooked sixpence upon a crooked stile. He bought a crooked cat, which caught a crooked mouse. And they all lived together in a little crooked house. This nursery rhyme jumped straight into my mind when I saw your puzzle, Q. I'll bet it's been at least 65 years since I learned it. Do kids memorize poems anymore? Do they learn nursery rhymes? My grandsons (10/12) seem to want input from screens in quick bits and bytes. Anime types that are somewhat less than human occupy their minds with transforming and morphing into empowered other species. Good grief!! The boys exhibit withdrawal symptoms when at my house where screen time is limited!! Anyway, thanks for the "crooked little house".
I bookmarked it, quartina. It's a really cute picture! Thanks. :)
