Sail into Wind, signature unknown

With all the stoppages 11:26, yes slow, but what a beautiful puzzle, just look at all the colours tones and reflections of the clouds, the dreamy, almost ethereal atmosphere. Tweegan, one of the nicest puzzles I had done. Pity we don't know who painted it, I'm sure there would be other puzzles equally as nice. Thank you.
