Thanks, Ank. Somehow it looks better in the photo than in real life.
That's a beautiful street Laura. Nice with the colors.
Thanks for stopping to comment, Jack, pumpkin and Celeste.
The old buildings are in good condition. Looks like many small towns around here. Thanks for the picture of your town, Laura.
love these houses LJ, thanks
No, Lorna, it is not my home town, but it is where I live now. My home town is in New Jersey. This is Illinois. Glad you could stop by and visit, oddio! Thank you, jcarroll!
Beautiful buildings, Laura!
Nice to visit your downtown! Thanks.
Nice. So is this your home town Laura?
You're welcome, pkin!
Yes...new but old. Actually, the light post is brand new. That's the only new things in this photo.
Very nice old downtown, laura!
The buildings really do look well kept. Pretty setting, looks like new, but old. Thanks.
They have been diligent to fix up the old facades. I am glad, too. The old stuff was rather depressing.
What a pretty place!! Thanks for the picture, laurajane. I love these old buildings.
Good question, lyndee. It was Sunday afternoon...this afternoon. Everything is closed here in the center of town. They roll up the sidewalks, and everything!
Where is everyone? No traffic, no people.....Did they clear it just for your visit Laurajane?????? WoW.......VIP
Thanks, chickie! I took these photos minutes before the rain came. Did you get rain this afternoon? They said we may get some snow around 2:00 am, but nothing that will accumulate. Big temperature drop, too!
Another really nice one laura!
