I believe this is one of only a very few of the Shackelton's still flying. She came in both tri-cycle & tail dragger configuration. The first ones were equipped with Griffon, reciprocating engines, & counter rotating props, & later converted to Rolls-Royce turbo counter rotating props. Commonly known as 10'000 loose rivets flying in close formation. Was quite a shaker, but served the British Common-Wealth with honor.
