No, Mandy, the flowers are wearing costumes (green stem costumes), but only on their stems...so that their stems look like stems, when in fact they're actually straws.

Mandy, didn't you catch the secret that Ardy figured out? I replace the stems with straws. Oh, but I see that in this puzzle, the stems look like stems. Well, these stems are wearing costumes.

A window box - full of flowers against a backdrop of drawn purple and green stripey curtains/blinds... inspired... I just wish my flowers would grow so beautifully :)
