I remember you posting this before Pumpkin. Probably because I used to cross country ski....another activity of the past for me. Looking back, I think I put more engery into getting dressed and undressed than I did sking!!!

The temperatures were a bit low, Toto. We were bundled up in all we brought, and we were camping in a teepee!

I had my walking stick as well as Jim's, Ardy. He was taking the picture and couldn't hold his walking stick as well. Love the story of the snowball fight on July 4!! So many stories from you that I look forward to hearing....in just TWO days!!! :)

I thought you were walking with poles like me, Suzy. Looking at the date reminds me of the snowball fight a group of us had on July 4 in Glacier National Park. I don't remember the year but their parking lots were not all plowed out yet there was so much snow.

Looks a bit chilly, but lots of fun to hike.
