Thanks for your comment, pumpkinhead. The trail crosses the creek further up but there is a good bridge.
Love the creek---in our world, it would have been our luck to have to cross that creek about 5 times! :)
The walk gets better!
Dank je, Ank. And you can bring your dog on this walk too - no leash needed! Then it's a short walk to DE DUTCH PANCAKE HOUSE for lunch.
I said it before, I would I could walk there with you. Love this.
Hi JC. I think there are a lot of places for the water to run down the mountain. And the long term rain has not arrived yet but it's on its way!
Hi Nancy. I like your profile picture. I have a wall plaque that reads, "WHERE THERE IS TEA THERE IS HOPE". Maybe I should use that as my avatar.
Nice, cevas. But I thought there would be a lot more water in the creek with all the rain you get.
I like your line perspective in this pic, now bookmarking, thanks
You are very welcome, laurajane. There was a huge windstorm in Dec 2006. There were gale force winds with gusts that were hurricane force. I think these trees fell then.
Our trail runs along the side of the creek. We don't have to cross here.
The creek! My childhood delight Thank you, cevas!
