What a forbidding landscape!

Beautiful. but unexpected for a summervacation. I remember a night we were with the caravan at the St, Gotthard (Switzerland). wow that was cold, and that on summervacation. And next morning, so warm. Yes that's funny.

It was so funny Ardy, we wanted to go to Bergen, a town at the edge of the Atlantic Sea, but had to go all the way across the southern part of Norway. It was October and very nice autumn, but when we came up here we were met by a snowstorm. It was very odd. We crossed the plateau and came down into beautiful autumn with apples and pears on the trees, sun and warm weather. When we returned we crossed another plateau exactly the same as this one and ended up driving back home in a heavy snowstorm that lasted till far down in Sweden. Back home it was mild and autumn colours!! What an experience!! Thanks so very much Ardy!!

Looks like all I'd want to do is curl up warm with Jigidi! Thanks, Hanne, for sharing but I think I will not put this on my list of places to visit!! LOL
