But you've got a boulder!! I think of you every time I see that big one from Oeland, the sad one if you remember!! Thanks Varda!
And YES, that's a lovely boulder in your yard, Pp.
For three winters in a row, a friend that lives on a corner, had his chain link fence smashed into during the winter. It was always a "hit and run" affair. The culprits always got away. He had huge boulders hauled in and added some railroad ties set on end in the ground with 15 inches or so sticking up above ground. He has awakened in the morning on two occassions to find cars atop his "tank trap" as he calls it. Don't mess with senior citizens! lol
Good grief, Tex - - now I've heard everything! (My boulders are where nature put them!)
Plumpy, down the street from where I live, traffic has become so bad that folks are putting several of these in their front yard to stop cars before they run into their house as they lose control! Looks funny, but I guess it must help, a lot of them have done it.
